Cucumber Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped small
- Salt and lemon pepper, to taste (optional)
Method
- 1 Stir yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
- 2 Rinse cucumber, slice in half lengthwise, and remove seeds with a spoon.
- 3 Chop cucumber into small pieces.
- 4 Stir cucumber, garlic, and seasonings into the yogurt mixture.
