Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Salt and lemon pepper to taste (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. 2 Stir yogurt and cream cheese together until smooth.
  3. 3 Rinse cucumber, slice in half lengthwise, and scoop out seeds with a spoon.
  4. 4 Dice the cucumber into small pieces.
