  • Assorted fresh herbs, finely picked
  • Edible flowers
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled and sliced
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Method

  1. 1 Wash the herbs and flowers in cold water. Drain them thoroughly in a strainer.
  2. 2 In a serving dish, combine the herbs with sliced cucumber and lemon.
  3. 3 Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil, then sprinkle with sugar to taste.
