Cucumber Herb Salad With Eggs
Ingredients
- Assorted fresh herbs, finely picked
- Edible flowers
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 lemon, peeled and sliced
- Sugar, to taste
- Vinegar
- Olive oil
- Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Method
- 1 Wash the herbs and flowers in cold water. Drain them thoroughly in a strainer.
- 2 In a serving dish, combine the herbs with sliced cucumber and lemon.
- 3 Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil, then sprinkle with sugar to taste.
- 4 Garnish the top with the fresh flowers and arrange sliced hard-boiled eggs around the dish.
