Cuban Romaine Salad With Lime Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 1 large or 2 small limes)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
Method
- 1 In a small bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 2 In a large mixing bowl, combine torn romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, finely diced red onion, and thinly sliced radishes.
- 3 Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
