Crispy Milk And Egg Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 pint milk
- 3 eggs
- wheat flour (enough to make a thick batter)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)
- loaf sugar (optional)
- nutmeg (optional)
Method
- 1 Beat the eggs into the pint of milk.
- 2 Add enough wheat flour to create a thick batter, along with melted butter and salt.
- 3 Pour batter into a waffle iron and bake immediately until crisp.
- 4 Serve with optional sugar, cinnamon, or nutmeg.
