Crispy Fried Plaice Fillets
Ingredients
- plaice fillets
- eggs
- bread crumbs
- hot fat for frying
- fried parsley for garnish
Method
- 1 Fillet the plaice by cutting down the center and removing flesh from both sides.
- 2 Dip fillets in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with bread crumbs.
- 3 Fry in hot fat until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4 Drain on kitchen paper, serve on a napkin, and garnish with fried parsley.
