Crispy Fried Lobster With Horseradish Cream
Ingredients
- 1 boiled lobster
- Crisco for frying
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup thick cream
- Salt and paprika to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated horseradish
Method
- 1 Cut lobster meat into neat pieces.
- 2 Dip pieces in beaten egg, then toss in breadcrumbs.
- 3 Fry in hot Crisco until well browned.
- 4 Whip cream, season with salt and paprika, and stir in horseradish.
- 5 Heap sauce in center of serving dish and arrange fried lobster around it. Serve hot.
