- 6 bananas
- 1 egg white, beaten
- bread crumbs
- butter
- lemon juice
- sifted sugar
Method
- 1 Peel the bananas and dip them in the beaten egg white.
- 2 Roll the bananas in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- 3 Fry in butter until golden brown.
- 4 Place on a dish and squeeze lemon juice over them.
- 5 Sprinkle with sifted sugar before serving.
