Crispy Breaded Smoked Salmon
Ingredients
- Smoked salmon
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Lemon quarters
- Parsley
Method
- 1 Wash and parboil the salmon, then drain and wipe dry.
- 2 Dip the salmon in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
- 3 Fry the salmon until golden brown.
- 4 Serve with lemon quarters and parsley.
