Crispy Bacon And Eggs With Grape Verjuice
Ingredients
- 4 oz bacon, rind removed
- 7-8 eggs, beaten
- salt to taste
- grape verjuice for serving
Method
- 1 Remove the rind from the bacon and cut it into small dice.
- 2 Fry the bacon dice in a pan until crisp.
- 3 Add the beaten eggs and salt to the pan, frying until cooked to your liking.
- 4 Serve the eggs and bacon with grape verjuice.
