  • 1 head cauliflower, cooked and separated into florets
  • 4 slices bacon, shredded
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Cook cauliflower until tender, then separate into florets and let cool.
  2. 2 Fry shredded bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
