Crisp Deep Fried Potato Strips

- cooking fat
Method
- 1 Soak sliced potatoes in cold water for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 2 Dry the potatoes perfectly before frying.
- 3 Deep fry in fat heated to 350°F-375°F until crisp.
- 4 Remove immediately when done and drain dry.
