Method

  1. 1 Soak sliced potatoes in cold water for 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Dry the potatoes perfectly before frying.
  3. 3 Deep fry in fat heated to 350°F-375°F until crisp.
  4. 4 Remove immediately when done and drain dry.
