Creole Corn And Tomato Chowder
Ingredients
- 3 onions, sliced
- butter
- 3 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 3 green peppers, seeded and chopped
- corn from 7 cobs
- water
- salt
- sugar
- black pepper
Method
- 1 Slice onions and fry brown in butter.
- 2 Add tomatoes, green peppers, and corn cut from cobs.
- 3 Cook for an hour, adding water as needed.
- 4 Season with salt, sugar, and black pepper.
