Creole Codfish And Rice
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked codfish
- 1 cup boiled rice
- ½ can strained tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Flake the cooked codfish into a pan.
- 2 Add the boiled rice, strained tomatoes, chopped onion, and butter.
- 3 Season with salt and pepper, then cook slowly for 30 minutes.
