Creamy White Wine Vinegar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp mustard
• ½ tsp salt
• 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
• ½ cup vegetable salad oil
• paprika (optional)

Method

1. 1 Combine sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, and oil in a wide-mouthed bottle or jar.
2. 2 Shake vigorously until the mixture is creamy and emulsified.
3. 3 Add paprika to taste if desired, then refrigerate until ready to use.
