Creamy Vinegret Lettuce Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large head lettuce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp thick sweet cream
Method
- 1 Remove outer leaves from lettuce and tear remaining leaves into 3-4 pieces.
- 2 Place lettuce in a towel and chill on ice or in a cold place until ready to serve.
- 3 In a bowl, mix vinegar, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle over the chilled lettuce.
- 4 Add thick sweet cream and mix quickly. Serve immediately.
