Creamy Vinegret Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

• 1 large head lettuce
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 4 tbsp thick sweet cream

Method

1. 1 Remove outer leaves from lettuce and tear remaining leaves into 3-4 pieces.
2. 2 Place lettuce in a towel and chill on ice or in a cold place until ready to serve.
3. 3 In a bowl, mix vinegar, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle over the chilled lettuce.
4. 4 Add thick sweet cream and mix quickly. Serve immediately.
