Creamy Vinegar Cabbage Salad
Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped fine
- Water
- Salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Method
- 1 Chop the cabbage finely and cook in a small amount of water, seasoning with salt and pepper, until tender.
- 2 In a bowl, beat together the eggs, sour cream, vinegar, and melted butter.
- 3 Bring the egg mixture to a boil, then pour it over the cooked cabbage and serve immediately.
