Creamy Turnip Potato And Onion Soup
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb turnip
- 1 small onion
- 2 oz potato
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 pint water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Wash, peel, and chop the turnip, onion, and potato.
- 2 Place vegetables in a saucepan with water and cook until tender.
- 3 Rub the mixture through a sieve back into the saucepan.
- 4 Stir in butter and seasoning, boil briefly, and serve.
