Method
- 1 Boil the prawns, shrimps, or crawfish, then pick and clean them.
- 2 Stew the seafood in white wine, sweet butter, nutmeg, and salt.
- 3 Arrange in scallop shells, drizzle with beaten butter and orange or lemon juice.
- 4 Alternatively, stew in butter and cream, then serve in scallop shells.
