Creamy Stewed Potatoes With Parsley
Ingredients
- cold potatoes, chopped or sliced
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Chop or slice cold potatoes and season with pepper and salt.
- 2 Stew the potatoes with butter, milk, and a dust of flour until nearly done.
- 3 Stir in the egg yolk and chopped parsley; cook for a few minutes until heated through.
