  • pepper

  • chopped parsley
  • flour
  • warm water
  • yolks of 2-3 eggs
  • cream
  • bread
  • butter (for toast)
  • small onion

Method

  1. 1 Peel and wash mushrooms, then drain them thoroughly.
  2. 2 Stew mushrooms with butter, pepper, salt, chopped parsley, flour, and warm water. Add a small onion to test for poison; discard all if it turns black.
  3. 3 Once done, stir in egg yolks and cream to thicken the sauce.
  4. 4 Toast and butter a slice of bread, place it on the dish, top with mushrooms, and pour the sauce over.
