  • 1 slice ham
  • boiling water
  • water
  • cream
  • fresh parsley

Method

  1. 1 Cut the ham slice into small pieces.
  2. 2 Pour boiling water over the ham and let it soak for a few minutes to remove excess salt. Drain.
  3. 3 Place the ham in a pot with a little fresh water and stew until tender.
  4. 4 Just before serving, stir in cream and chopped parsley. Heat through and serve.
