Creamy Stewed Ham With Parsley
Ingredients
- 1 slice ham
- boiling water
- water
- cream
- fresh parsley
Method
- 1 Cut the ham slice into small pieces.
- 2 Pour boiling water over the ham and let it soak for a few minutes to remove excess salt. Drain.
- 3 Place the ham in a pot with a little fresh water and stew until tender.
- 4 Just before serving, stir in cream and chopped parsley. Heat through and serve.
