Creamy Stewed Chicken Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 chicken, cleaned and cut
• water
• 2 sprigs parsley
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 small onion
• salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup cream
• blended flour

Method

1. 1 Place chicken in a pot with water, parsley, bay leaf, and onion. Simmer until almost done.
2. 2 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. 3 Transfer chicken to a serving dish.
4. 4 Stir cream into the gravy, thicken with blended flour, and strain over the chicken.
