Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery, cut into 6-inch lengths
  • ½ cup soup stock or gravy
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Method

  2. 2 Heat soup stock or gravy in a saucepan.
