Creamy Sieved Oatmeal Porridge
Ingredients
- oatmeal
- milk
- salt
- cream
Method
- 1 Boil oatmeal for one hour as you would for breakfast.
- 2 Rub the cooked oatmeal through a fine sieve.
- 3 Add a little milk and cook very slowly in a double boiler for another 30 minutes.
- 4 Once perfectly smooth, stir in a little salt and cream.
