Creamy Sieved Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients

  • oatmeal
  • milk
  • salt
  • cream

Method

  1. 1 Boil oatmeal for one hour as you would for breakfast.
  2. 2 Rub the cooked oatmeal through a fine sieve.
  3. 3 Add a little milk and cook very slowly in a double boiler for another 30 minutes.
  4. 4 Once perfectly smooth, stir in a little salt and cream.
