Creamy Shrimp And Tomato Stew
Ingredients
- 3 onions, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 egg-sized piece of butter
- Red pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup cream
- 1 pint shrimps
- Toast, for serving
Method
- 1 Slice onions and tomatoes, then fry until well done.
- 2 Rub flour and butter together until combined.
- 3 Add red pepper, salt, and cream to the flour-butter mixture.
- 4 Combine the sauce with onions and shrimps in a saucepan.
- 5 Cook for ten minutes and serve over toast.
