Creamy Shrimp And Rice Over Toast
Ingredients
- 1 cup shrimps
- 1 oz butter
- 1 tbsp ground rice
- ½ cup milk
- toast for serving
Method
- 1 Shell 1 cup of shrimps.
- 2 Melt 1 oz of butter in a stewpan.
- 3 Stir in 1 tbsp ground rice and ½ cup milk until smooth.
- 4 Add the shrimps and bring to a boil.
- 5 Pour over toast and serve immediately.
