Creamy Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup almond milk (for Lent)
- 2 tbsp beef broth
- Sugar to taste
Method
- 1 Soak rice in hot water, then drain and dry near the heat.
- 2 Combine rice and cow's milk in a pot. Simmer over low heat.
- 3 Add beef broth. For Lent, substitute almond milk.
- 4 Serve in bowls sweetened with sugar.
