Creamy Peach Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups peaches, peeled and mashed
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- few drops lemon or almond extract
- 1 quart heavy cream
Method
- 1 Peel and mash peaches through a sieve to yield 2 cups.
- 2 Stir in sugar and a few drops of lemon or almond extract.
- 3 Let the fruit mixture stand for one hour.
- 4 Add the quart of cream and freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
