  • 1 cup cooked peas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Rub cooked peas through a sieve to create a smooth puree.
  2. 2 Dissolve cornstarch in water.
  3. 3 Add milk, dissolved cornstarch mixture, grated onion, and parsley to the pea puree.
