Creamy Pea And Spinach Soup
Ingredients

- young peas
- whole pepper

- lettuce

Method
- 1 Boil pea shells in water until sweetness is extracted, then strain.
- 2 Boil young peas in the strained liquid with pepper and salt.
- 3 Pass the boiled peas through a colander.
- 4 Melt butter in a pan, add flour, lettuce, and spinach; fry until green.
- 5 Add the fried greens and young peas to the soup; cook until tender.
