Creamy Pea And Potato Stew
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh peas
- 12 small new potatoes
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1½ cups milk
- 2 tsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- 1 Cook potatoes and peas separately in salted water until soft, then drain well.
- 2 Combine peas and potatoes in a pan and add milk.
- 3 Bring to a boil, then stir in butter and flour blended smooth.
- 4 Cook until thickened.
