Creamy Parsley Stewed Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 chicken wing with part of the breast
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Place the chicken wing and breast piece in a pot with a little water.
- 2 Stew the chicken until tender.
- 3 Add parsley, cream, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- 4 Simmer briefly to combine flavors and serve.
