Creamy Parmesan Polenta
Ingredients
- 1 quart stock
- 3 ounces semolina
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- 1 Pour stock into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- 2 Gradually add semolina while stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- 3 Cook until the semolina is soft.
- 4 Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on the side.
