Creamy Parmesan Polenta

Ingredients

  • 1 quart stock
  • 3 ounces semolina
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. 1 Pour stock into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. 2 Gradually add semolina while stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
  3. 3 Cook until the semolina is soft.
  4. 4 Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on the side.
