Creamy Onion Sauce For Ducks
Ingredients
- 8-10 large onions
- ¼ lb butter
- 2 tbsp thick cream
Method
- 1 Boil onions in water, changing the water 2-3 times until tender.
- 2 Chop the boiled onions finely.
- 3 Melt butter in a saucepan, add chopped onions and cream, and simmer briefly.
- 4 Pour the sauce over cooked ducks.
