Ingredients

  • 8-10 large onions
  • ¼ lb butter
  • 2 tbsp thick cream

Method

  1. 1 Boil onions in water, changing the water 2-3 times until tender.
  2. 2 Chop the boiled onions finely.
  3. 3 Melt butter in a saucepan, add chopped onions and cream, and simmer briefly.
  4. 4 Pour the sauce over cooked ducks.
