Creamy Onion Potato And Pea Soup
Ingredients
- 5-6 thick onions, minced
- Butter
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 2 teaspoons gravy
- Potatoes
- Peas
- Milk
- Salt and pepper
Method
- 1 Mince 5-6 thick onions and cook them in butter over heat until colored.
- 2 Sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of flour and 2 teaspoons of gravy, stirring to combine.
- 3 Thicken the mixture with potatoes; once cooked, add peas and pass everything through a sieve.
- 4 Return the purée to the pot, adjust consistency with milk, and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
