Creamy Onion And Pea Soup
Ingredients
- onions, peeled and finely chopped
- butter
- water
- pea purée or water
- green herbs (such as chives or parsley)
- parsley
Method
- 1 Peel the onions and chop them finely or mash them.
- 2 Sauté the onions in butter for a sufficient time.
- 3 Add a little water to prevent the onions from burning.
- 4 Mix in pea purée or water, then add green herbs and parsley.
