Creamy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp paprika
• 2 tbsp salad oil
• 3 tbsp cream
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Method

1. 1 Combine mustard, sugar, salt, and paprika in a bowl.
2. 2 Work into a smooth paste, then slowly beat in salad oil.
3. 3 Beat in cream and lemon juice until thick and smooth.
