Creamy Mushroom Eggs On Toast

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• ½ cup cream
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Pinch of pepper
• 2 large mushrooms, diced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Buttered toast, for serving

Method

1. 1 Dice the mushrooms and fry them in butter for one minute.
2. 2 Beat eggs with cream, salt, and pepper.
3. 3 Pour egg mixture over mushrooms and stir rapidly until thickening begins.
4. 4 Remove from heat and beat until smooth and creamy.
5. 5 Serve immediately on buttered toast.
