Creamy Mushroom Eggs On Toast
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 large mushrooms, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Buttered toast, for serving
Method
- 1 Dice the mushrooms and fry them in butter for one minute.
- 2 Beat eggs with cream, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Pour egg mixture over mushrooms and stir rapidly until thickening begins.
- 4 Remove from heat and beat until smooth and creamy.
- 5 Serve immediately on buttered toast.
