Creamy Mushroom And Parsley Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp finely minced parsley
- 1 heaping tbsp fresh mushrooms, chopped very fine
- 1 cup rich milk or cream
- 4-5 hard-boiled eggs, cut into quarters lengthwise
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth.
- 2 Add parsley, chopped mushrooms, and milk or cream. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
- 3 Add hard-boiled egg quarters. Bring to a boil and serve immediately.
