Creamy Milk Potatoes With Parsley
Ingredients
- potatoes
- milk
- Allinson fine wheatmeal
- pepper
- salt
- finely chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Boil or steam potatoes in their skins until soft, then peel and slice them.
- 2 Make a sauce by thickening milk with wheatmeal and seasoning with pepper and salt.
- 3 Simmer the sliced potatoes in the sauce for 10 minutes.
- 4 Before serving, mix a spoonful of finely chopped parsley into the sauce.
