Creamy Milk Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small lump butter
- Vanilla or other flavoring (optional)
Method
- 1 Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan. Cook for 15 minutes.
- 2 Set the pan in a cool place and let it cool until about half temperature.
- 3 Beat the mixture vigorously with a spoon until it becomes creamy.
- 4 Pour the fudge into a buttered pan and cut into squares while still warm.
