Creamy Milk-Based Lemon Sherbet

Ingredients

• 1 quart milk
• 2 cups sugar
• juice of 3 lemons

Method

1. 1 Dissolve the sugar into the milk.
2. 2 Place the mixture in the freezer.
3. 3 Once the freezer is packed, add the lemon juice rapidly while stirring violently.
4. 4 Immediately place the mixture in the dasher and turn the crank until frozen.
