Creamy Milk-Based Lemon Sherbet
Ingredients
- 1 quart milk
- 2 cups sugar
- juice of 3 lemons
Method
- 1 Dissolve the sugar into the milk.
- 2 Place the mixture in the freezer.
- 3 Once the freezer is packed, add the lemon juice rapidly while stirring violently.
- 4 Immediately place the mixture in the dasher and turn the crank until frozen.
