Creamy Mashed Potatoes With Butter

Ingredients

• potatoes
• salt
• cream
• butter

Method

1. 1 Peel old potatoes and place in plenty of boiling water.
2. 2 Boil until a fork easily pierces the potatoes.
3. 3 Drain water, add salt, and let stand over coals briefly to dry steam.
4. 4 For mashed potatoes, mash with salt, cream, and butter while hot.
