  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 well-beaten egg
  • Lobster meat, cut into 1-inch blocks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Method
