Creamy Lobster Stew
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 well-beaten egg
- Lobster meat, cut into 1-inch blocks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
- 1 Place milk and flour in a saucepan. Dissolve the flour in the milk.
- 2 Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for five minutes, stirring constantly.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in the well-beaten egg, lobster meat, salt, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
