Creamy Lobster And Pea Stew
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp flour
- 1 cup cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1.5 cups boiled lobster meat
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 0.5 can French peas
- Toast for serving
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and cook thoroughly.
- 2 Add cream, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
- 3 Stir in lobster meat, lemon juice, and parsley. Heat through.
- 4 Add French peas and bring to a boil.
- 5 Serve immediately over toast.
