Creamy Lemon Milk Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 tumblerful sugar
  • juice and pulp of 4 large lemons

Method

  1. 1 Mix the milk and sugar together.
  2. 2 Half freeze the mixture in an ice cream freezer.
  3. 3 Add the juice and pulp of four large lemons.
  4. 4 Stir thoroughly and freeze firm.
