Creamy Lemon Milk Sorbet
Ingredients
- 1 quart milk
- 1 tumblerful sugar
- juice and pulp of 4 large lemons
Method
- 1 Mix the milk and sugar together.
- 2 Half freeze the mixture in an ice cream freezer.
- 3 Add the juice and pulp of four large lemons.
- 4 Stir thoroughly and freeze firm.
