Creamy Gruyère Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 egg per guest
- 1/3 weight of Gruyère cheese
- 1/6 weight of butter
- Salt to taste
- Generous amount of black pepper
Method
- 1 Beat the eggs well in a saucepan.
- 2 Add grated Gruyère cheese and butter to the eggs.
- 3 Place the saucepan over heat and stir constantly until the mixture becomes soft and creamy.
- 4 Season with salt and a generous amount of black pepper.
- 5 Serve immediately on a hot plate.
