Creamy Ground Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ground rice
- 1/2 pint milk
- 6 sugar lumps
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 egg
Method
- 1 In a saucepan, mix ground rice, milk, sugar lumps, and nutmeg.
- 2 Stir over heat and boil for 5 minutes.
- 3 Remove from heat, stir in the egg, then return to heat.
- 4 Boil for another 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
