Creamy Ground Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ground rice
  • 1/2 pint milk
  • 6 sugar lumps
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. 1 In a saucepan, mix ground rice, milk, sugar lumps, and nutmeg.
  2. 2 Stir over heat and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Remove from heat, stir in the egg, then return to heat.
  4. 4 Boil for another 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
