Creamy Green Pea And Spring Onion Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1-2 finely chopped spring onions
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 pint water
Method
- 1 Cook green peas and spring onions in 1/2 pint water until tender.
- 2 Add butter, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Smooth flour with milk and stir into soup to thicken.
- 4 Boil for 1-2 minutes before serving.
